Arkansas Travelers Concessions

Dickey - Stephens Park has the best concessions of any public ball park in Arkansas. There are plenty of restrooms, lots of wheel chair accessible locations, and the park has a first aid station. All concessions must be paid with a credit or debit card. Concessions menu items - as of 4-9-2026 include (click photo to enlarge):

The prices for concessions at Dickey-Stephens Park are generally in line with other minor league ballparks. 

Parking at Dickey-Stephens Park -
Travelers game parking at Dickey-Stephens Park is $7.12 (pay with a debit or credit card ) to park. Parking is available on the west side of the Broadway Bridges staffed by Dickey-Stephens Park personnel. You should make plans to arrive at the game early (between 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm) for the best parking. 

Parking is orderly with assistants directing you to your stall, but the lot fills-up quickly. If you leave prior to game ending, there are usually no traffic issues.

You can reserve home plate box seating or field box seating for your group. Groups can also reserve  pavilions, picnic areas, the party deck, and the Dickey Room.

What is an Earth-facing Coronal Hole?

The “opening” also known as the coronal hole is simply a gap in the Sun’s magnetic field.

It's an area where the Sun’s magnetic field opens outward, allowing high-speed solar winds to escape into space. 

Why is NASA and NOAA Weather Tracking this Phenomenon? 

NASA, NOAA, and the European Space Agency tracks high-speed solar winds (400–800 km/s) that sometimes cause mild-moderate geomagnetic disturbances and disrupt radio and GPS transmissions. NASA post these images as part of their standard scientific reporting - similar to posts from the National Weather Service.
